RUBY AT WORK

The 2011/2012 Season

October - November - Early December 2011
"Murder on the Nile" or where's my Mummy
( Sorry Agatha.) We are digging up an old favorite not seen in six years!.... Our luckless vacationing family, the Eastmans are on the road again, this time to Cairo, Egypt. Young Sydney having won this trip to meet famed archeologist and adventurer Stanley (Not David!) Livingston. Steeped in the mystery of the 1940s Cairo, the production was rich with reoccurring characters from past shows including Inspector Clouseau and new characters... Among them a malevolent mummy! Fun for the seniors and their families... kind of an Agatha Christie meets the Pink Panther. (Once again!)

March 2012
"Dog Park" is unleashed (out) for another short run. "Dog Park" is mostly a kids’ cast playing various breeds of dogs... All the action takes place in a dog park (hence the title). It's a production that’s cute and fun. Along with some life lessons, the seniors will love the kids! Plus, there’s a new twist... We’re  looking at the possibility of casting all of the kids  from a particular school, then giving a limited  number of performances in several other schools plus a few senior residences... But overall we're not talking about alot of performances.

APRIL - MAY - EARLY JUNE 2012
"Moon Over Miami IV"
More trouble for Herbert and Martha Needler at the "Open Palms Hotel." Like the Eastman family, our audiences have enjoyed following Mr. & Mrs. Needler’s mishaps, plans gone awry and adventures over the years. This one will be no exception!!

Stay tuned as another all new script is being readied for fall on 2012!...
